Terms and Conditions

All orders are subject to these conditions.

1) Delivery

ZING reserves the right to ship orders as it chooses by parcel post, airmail post or courier service. All delivery dates are quoted in good faith. ZING will not be liable for delays in delivery or failure to produce due to acts of God, acts of default of the Purchaser, or any cause beyond reasonable control.

2) Terms of Payment

Payment is due upon ordering. Orders will not be sent until the payment has cleared.

3) Taxes

The 5% GST will be added to all ZING orders shipped within Canada, and 10% PST will be added to all orders shipped within Prince Edward Island. Canadian taxes will not be applied to orders shipped outside of Canada. Please note ZING orders shipped to countries other than Canada may be charged customs or duty fees and the purchaser is responsible for these charges.

4) Returns and Refunds

If your order is not to your liking, please contact us within 14 days of ordering and a full refund will be given for unopened and unused product(s) returned in good condition. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required. Please contact us to receive the RMA.

5) Privacy and Use of Information

ZING is committed to protecting your privacy, and providing our customers with a secure, private, and enjoyable online shopping experience. ZING will not rent, sell or share your information with any third party.

Information that you supply to us either by telephone, fax, email or the internet will be used to process your order or to contact you regarding a specific transaction.

We will contact you by email to confirm your order. We may contact you by email for any other matters required to properly process your order. We may also notify you by email about new products, special offers and information that might be of interest to you. If you do not wish to receive these notifications, you may notify us by email.

General information that we gather from our web site may be used to improve our services and your personal experience. This data is generally used in the aggregate to give us information about the users who visit our site and use our services.
